Freedom of Information requests made to the National Archives are used to
obtain access to records relating to the administration and practices of
the Archives, rather than records  created by other Commonwealth agencies.
As your request does not relate to Archive's business, we are not able to

If the records you are searching for stem from before Dec 1995, when the
government fully privatised the Commonwealth Bank, and falls within the
open period relating to records created prior to 1993, you may be able to
access records in the Archives' custody via a request under the

filed a ucc1 financial statement note CBA is the debtor with a secured
party the reserve bank of new York, and are the CBA a registered company
under the U.S?
