Dear WA Public Trustee,
I request the document, instrument, or name and section of an Act or law under the Harradine principles, that identifies the trustee of the legal title, the instrument created by the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages when registering the entity "Jane Doe".
As the State created the instrument, and as the creator one would expect they are the legal title "owner", but the Beneficiary is the legal title "holder" when they accept the Birth Certificate instrument.
Does any document, law, Act or instrument exist that stipulates the trustee of the legal title?
