Dear Knox City Council,

Could I please be provided with a record of tree inspections and associated reports carried out by, and on behalf of, Knox City Council for Phillipdale Court, Ferntree Gully, 3156 and Dairy Lane, Ferntree Gully, 3156 for the period 01 March 2020 through to 01 March 2024?

"Associated Reports" to include but not be limited to:
- Reports or notes written during a street tree inspection; and/or
- Reports or notes written after a street tree inspection; and/or
- Correspondence from residents regarding a tree and requesting an inspection; and/or
- A planning report for a development application that may impact on a street tree; and/or
- Reports of any actions that occurred as a result of the inspection

order for your request to be valid. Would you like to pay this through an
invoice or over the counter at the Council offices?

I would encourage you to formally submit your request using the
Application form on the following webpage which also contains helpful
information:

Also, in order for your request to be valid, can you confirm that the list
of documents you have provided under 'associated reports' are the only
types of documents you are seeking? The term 'associated reports' is
subjective and I would need a clear definition of the types of documents
you are seeking in order for me to undertake a search and for your request
to be valid.
