Dear Roads and Maritime Services,

This request is an application for the purpose of the Freedom of Information Act 1982

I would like to request a copy of a formal agreement between the Government and Transurban Holdings Limited (ABN 86 098 143 429) which gives authority to collect funds through Revenue NSW for deliberately unpaid road tolls.
