Training documents provided by John Hempton
Dear Australian Securities and Investments Commission,
Myriam Robin from the Australian Financial Review on 22 March 2021 reported that John Hempton, a superannuation whistleblower, was "schooling ASIC on spotting frauds".
John Hempton is associated with Bronte Capital.
The documents I seek are copies of any documents provided by John Hempton to ASIC as part of this "schooling" engagement.
Yours faithfully,
Phillip Sweeney

Dear Australian Securities and Investments Commission,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Australian Securities and Investments Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Training documents provided by John Hempton'.
Traning material should be of a generic nature and if the names of specific companies and individuals are mentioned then these can be redacted.
I do not see how the business affairs of Bronte Capital would be relevant to training material provided to ASIC. If any proprietary analytical tools are referenced these this can be redacted,
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/t...
Yours faithfully,
Phillip Sweeney
