Dear Victorian Road Safety Camera Commissioner,

One of my company vehicles was involved in an accident on 30th July 2023 at approximately 11:10pm and the driver of our vehicle and the the 3rd party vehicle driver are disputing the sequence of events leading up to the accident in which they both claim the other party ran a red light and caused the accident.

Is there any available traffic camera footage at the corner of Irving St and Hopkins St, Footscray to substantiate either of the drivers claims ?

I'm following up on my request that, by law. the request should normally have been responded to by November 16, 2023. As the matter relates to a car accident that now involves insurance companies and dispute as to the responsible parties, this information would be of importance.
