Dear Right to Information Officer,

 

I refer to the review by the NSW Information Commissioner of a decision in
2014 by your Instutute regarding an application for a copy of the tobacco
tracing surveys completed since 2009 (Review number IPC14/R000079 at
[15]http://www.ipc.nsw.gov.au/gipa-review-re... ).

 

In paragraph 23 of the review, the Information Commissioner remarks that
"the Agency has provided the Applicant with an excel format of the
information in response to subsequent requests". I could not find a copy
of any of the relevant Excel spreadsheets on your disclosure log; nor
could I find any mention of the various applications.

 

I request informal GIPA access to a copy of the (one or more??) released
spreadsheets that relate to the tobacco tracing surveys.
