I need to know some details of my land.
Lot 5067, Precinct 5 "Newpark" Marsden Park NSW 2765
Lot: 5067 in unregistered Plan part of Lot 2 DP12304 08 Part Folio: 2/1230408
Lot size is 9 by 30.
Also, I want to know the know the minimum setbacks and maximum height of building if it is a Single storey Dwelling .The site is in Marsden park .
