Dear FOI,

Thank you I have read the policy document, and I am asking for the NUMBERS of ART decisions re NDIS that are not published, not counting those that the participant requested non publication. Please provide the numbers.

For the Chief Registrar

Many are waiting for their own NDIS ART and are frankly aghast that valuable information is kept from participants, given that the NDIS legislation has been substantially amended.
This “censorship” and “blocking” is denying procedural fairness to the applicant because the Agency has access to all the decisions so far that the applicant does not have

Yours sincerely,

Shirley Humphris
