I refer to your FOI request of 19 February 2015 requesting … any documents
made in relation to the banning of Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number despite
the creation of an R18+ rating.

 

I understand that all inquiries relating to the Classification Board need
to be addressed to the Classification Branch of the Attorney-General’s
Department but please could you clarify whether your request relates to
documents held by the Classification Board or documents held by the
Classdification Branch of the Attorney-General’s Department.  (The
Classification Board is the statutory body which makes the actual
classification decisions while the Attorney-General’s Department,
specifically the Classification Branch, provides secretariat and
administrative support services to the Classification Board and the
Classification Review Board).

On 13 March 2015, we issued a charges notice giving you 30 days to:

 

·         agree to pay the charge

·         contend that the charge has been wrongly assessed or

·         withdraw your request.

 

We have not received a response from you and the time period for
responding expired on 13 April 2015.  This FOI request is therefore deemed
to have been withdrawn.
