Template for pay slips/salary slips issued to MPs
Dear Department of Parliamentary Services,
I hereby submit a request under the FOI Act for the following document/s:
1. The template(s) currently used for pay slips/salary slips issued to Members of Parliament
a) If the Department does not issue a 'pay slip' or 'salary slip', whatever similar form of document used by the Department is acceptable.
If possible, I would prefer that the information I have requested is released administratively. This would save the Department time and resources in processing the request & issuing a decision under FOI. If this is not possible, please proceed as an FOI request.
I apologise if the DPS is not the relevant department which would hold this document, and pre-emptively acknowledge that a transfer to another department may be required.
Yours sincerely,
Daniel M
Dear Department of Parliamentary Services,
Following from my previous email, I've realised that the DPS is exempt from the FOI Act. Accordingly, I ask that the document I have requested is released under the DPS Information Requests Policy (or informally released if possible).
Apologies for my error.
Yours sincerely,
Daniel M
