Submission to APS review
Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,
I made a joint submission to the recent APS review. I do not have a copy of the submitted document and it appears not to have been published on the website for the APS review (http://www.apsreview.gov.au). Nor can I find any other public record or acknowledgement of the submission.
I request, under the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the submission.

@Julie. Thank you for the suggestion, and I agree that it might be quicker. However, a direct approach would not cause the submission to be publicly available, whereas an answered request through this web-site would give me a copy of the submission, would produce a publicly available copy, and would result in a public record in the disclosure log.
