Good morning Mr Kight

The ABC has not heard from you since you sent the below email (18 January).

On 25 January 2024, the FOI team emailed you to help you make a valid request including proposing a scope that would comply with the legislation and allow document searches to be conducted. You did not respond to that email.

The below wording does not comply with the requirements of section 15 of the Freedom of Information Act (Cth) and as such is invalid.

The ABC has now closed this file as invalid as our attempts to assist you under section 15 have been unsuccessful.
