Speeding fines by Murray Bridge station on pm 15/12/16 and am of 16/12/16
Dear Service SA,
I have already requested this information and have not heard a word from you regarding the matter. It looks as though you are hiding this information and protecting what looks very much like criminal activity by the police. What I am asking for is the number of speeding fines imposed on the freeway on the evening of 15 December and early morning of 16 December 2016 by the Murray Bridge police station. The alleged speeds are also required but no names, registration numbers nor vehicle types etc. are required.
Yours faithfully,
Neill Watt

Dear Mr Watt
The below email submitted is not considered to be a valid FOI application as yet; for it to be considered valid you need to either pay the $33.50 application fee or provide evidence of a concession card for a fee waiver.
Regardless of this, I have made some enquiries, and have established that Service SA doesn't hold the information you are seeking; the agency to which you should be making this application to is SAPOL, the South Australian Police. I note that on the Right to Know website you have previously sought the same information from the Police Ombudsman, who also advised you that you needed to direct your FOI application to SAPOL.
Please find below a link to SAPOL's website which outlines how to make an FOI application to that agency. Their contact number is (08) 7322 3347.
