Dear Central Coast Council (NSW),
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
Once again I am writing to request an internal review of Central Coast Council (NSW)'s handling of my FOI request 'Significant Tree Register meeting transcripts 2021'.
Still waiting on how this tree met the criteria of "Significant Tree" & if there was any other criteria that was "significant" other that it's than its size and perceived public interest. Was there any actual research done to back the claims of manic resident who has no interest in the actual tree but heavy investment in stopping any change to his neighbouring property?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/s...
