access to the following document under the Freedom of Information Act 1982

I request the release of the document titled "PSiQuantum" referenced in
the document Secretary / Minister Brief Titles - Budget 2024-25.

Request for assistance – withdrawing your request

After receiving your request, it was confirmed that the Department of
Treasury (Treasury) holds the same PsiQuantum brief you have sought access
to. Treasury has had an FOI request for the PsiQuantum brief and have
subsequently released the document on their disclosure log. The released

We confirm that the document on Treasury’s disclosure log is the same
document held by Finance.

As the document you seek is publicly available, Finance kindly requests
that you reply by 5pm Thursday 12 September 2024 and confirm if you are
