The document I seek is a copy of a document that contains an
extract the minutes of meeting of a Select Committee of the
Legislative Council of South Australia related to the Elder Smith &
Co Limited Provident Funds Act 1963.

The minutes confirm that a male member of the fund who has
completed at least 15 years of service is entitled to a pension for
life, payable immediately in the event of retrenchment,
irrespective of age at the time of retrenchment

The fund in question has also been know as the Elders IXL
Superannuation Fund and more recently as the AusBev Superannuation
Fund
