Dear Rhiannon,
We refer to your correspondence dated 3 June 2024 titled ‘Safety report
conducted by Australia Post 2024 at Park Towers’, and you have told us
that you are seeking the following:
Australia Post conducted a safety report at the building I live in as it
was deemed unsafe for their delivery personnel. I would like a copy of
that report.
The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act) states that a valid
FOI request must:
1. be in writing, and state that the request is for the purposes
of the FOI Act; and
2. provide such information concerning the document as is
reasonably necessary to enable a responsible officer of the agency to
identify it.
Your request has not met these formal requirements because you have not
provided enough information for the FOI Team to identify the document you
have requested.
Please provide us with the address of the ‘building’ you refer to.
If we do not hear from you by 25 June 2024, we will close your request
without processing it. If we close your request without processing it,
you will need to make a new request if you wish to access documents.
Regards,
Freedom of Information Team
