Road Inspection Report and Prior Complaints about Pothole Parramatta Road Five Dock
Dear Transport for NSW,
I am seeking access to all records, in accordance with the NSW GIPA Act, pertaining to potholes and maintence of all potholes on Parramatta Road Croydon/Five Dock NSW area.
This request includes copies of all documents, inspection reports, maintence reports, past complaints and any releated documents during the period December 2023 - March 2024, regarding potholes on Parramatta Road Croydon/Five Dock NSW.
This request also includes all documents in possession of Transport NSW, and or other parts of Transport NSW.
As this matter is urgent I would appreciate it if you could process this application as soon as possible.
