Rezoning of Orchard Hills and surrounds of the Orchard Hills train station

We're waiting for Ben Crowther to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure,

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 regarding re-zoning residential and rural properties in Orchard Hills, particularly in the vicinity of the forthcoming Orchard Hills train station.

Specifically, we are interested in the zoning status and any planned changes for the properties located on Samuel Marsden Road, Orchard Hills NSW 2748, as well as the neighbouring properties.

We have been awaiting updates on this matter and would appreciate any documentation or information pertaining to re-zoning these areas.

An EDM related to Orchard Hills went out week before last and the department are preparing for exhibition of the rezoning package at the moment.

Until exhibition package has been finalised and approved by the Minister to go on public exhibition we urge the community to seek information through our website -
