Reverse Vending Machine Usage

Can you please provide documents detailing Reverse Vending Machine usage between January 2016 and December 2017.
I also make the application that all costs for the processing of this request be waived on the grounds that the release of this information is in the public interest, and will enhance the transparency of council policies and decision making.
