Dear Agustina Arcuri,
In accordance with the Information and Privacy Commission NSW (IPC) Guideline 1 for Local Councils issued on 26 September 2019, Written Returns of Interest for Councillors and Designated Persons are required to be published to Council’s website.
Looking at the Canterbury Bankstown Council website from 2019 to the present time, it appears that Council has only published the current disclosures.
