Retrospective divisional risk assessments
Dear Department of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources,
I'm requesting under the FOI Act department documents noting that divisional risk assessments may be conducted retrospectively within two year reference periods as described by Ms Kylie Bryant on page 3 in https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/6...
Please exclude the document above (the FOI decision by Ms Bryant) and redact all names of third parties and APS employees under SES level.
I'm open to receiving these documents under administrative access.
Thanks,
Alby P.
