Dear Summen Sarwar,
How much longer is this information going to be delayed from being published.
As part of due dilligence for implementation of current government policies particularly in Western Australia this information should have already been reviewed and considered as part of the consultation process with publicly traded companies though environment impact studies and quality assurance programs.
This is standard procedure for implementation for any workplace procedure and it seems that government procedure is not freely available for public scrutiny.
I am now of the opinion that this information does not exist and am seriously concerned that the delays for my multiple requests are leading to information being fabricated in order to substantiate any government position.
I would like the information i have requested forthcoming in the next 7 days.
Yours sincerely,
Matthew Peos
Dear Mr Peos
Thank you for your email.
If you did not receive a decision from the Department of Health (the
Department) by 8 December 2021, you may wish to seek Information
Commissioner review of the Department’s deemed refusal of your request
[1]here.
The IC review process enables the Information Commissioner information
gathering powers to compel agencies to issue a decision and/or provide
requested documents. This would also enable the OAIC to contact the
Department to seek an update on the status of your FOI request and the
provision of a substantive decision. I also note the Department has an
ongoing obligation to provide you with its substantive decision.
Further information on [2]applying for IC review is available on the OAIC
[3]website.
I note that the OAIC does not hold documents of other agencies. Please
also be advised that the OAIC does not routinely follow up on the status
of FOI requests once an extension of time decision has been made and the
matter with the OAIC has been finalised.
As such, you may also contact the Department directly to request an update
as to the status of this FOI request.
If you have any further questions, please contact [4][email address].
Kind regards
