We are requesting a copy of any previously approved building permits issued in respects to the property at 41 Katrina Street Blackburn North Vic 3130.

This information is required to assist with a pre-auction query which we have in regards to the existing dwelling which currently resides over the top of an easement.

We are seeking confirmation that the existing building has been built in accordance with a council approved permit.

Thank you for your email to Council seeking copies of previously approved
building permits for the property known as 41 Katrina Street, Blackburn
North to assist you with a pre-auction enquiry.

Unfortunately, you are unbale to go through FOI to access the information
that you are seeking.

Section 14 (1) (b) Part not to apply to certain documents.

 1. A person is not entitled to obtain access under this Part to –

(b) a document which contains information that is available for purchase
by the public in accordance with arrangements made by an agency.

For the information that you are seeking you will need, firstly the
property owners’ consent than you will need to apply via the Building
Department and the cost will be approximately $200.00
