Request to Access Key Rosny Golf Course Tender Documents
Dear Clarence City Council,
I recently requested access to the Rosny Golf Tender (T1419-21) documents and was refused access to the full tender pack due to concerns that it contained 'commercial information and intellectual property'.
An extract of the tender was provided, specifically 'Part 3 - Assessment Criteria'.
The expressed reason this document was released was to allow the public to understand what the tenderers had to comply with.
Unfortunately there is a separate document referenced that is required for the reader to understand the the assessment criteria.
I am requesting a copy of the document referenced in 'Part 3 - Assessment Criteria' titled 'National Competition Policy Rosny Golf Course July 2021.
I am also requesting a copy of the tender assessment recommendations.
Yours faithfully,
Matthew Nicholas
Resident of Lindisfarne

Dear Clare Shea,
I understand that I am not required to provide personal details in making an FOI request and this form requires that I do.
Consequently I have not completed the form.
Can I please request that the application fee is waived in this instance and we proceed with the FOI discovery.
Yours sincerely,
Matthew Nicholas
