Request fro viewing CCTV footage on train platform
Dear Sydney Trains,
I accidentally lost my phone in Merrylands train station Sydney on 31st Jan 2019 at about 9am. I lost my ID (driving licence) and Medicare can and my Commonwealth bank card. I already lodge report about lost properties to NSW Train Link. However. I didn’t get any reply so meaning I couldn’t get my phone back.
Then, I received notication from the bank and realised my bank card was being misused to purchase some items. Moreover, the person who pick up my phone steals my identity to sign a phone plan and I realised the money keep on deducting from my account when I received the bills.
I am writing to request that it able to view the cctv footage on the day 31st Jan at Merrylands station platform NSW near to the lift. As I pretty sure that when I tap on the card, the phone still with me, then I just run immediately straight into the train, when the train door is closed, I realised my pocket was empty and I lost my phone. Immediately, I stop at next station and took a train back to Merrylands to find my phone but realised it was not there already.
Please allow thsi request so I can find the person who steal me identity. Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
John Nazari
