Dear FOI Coördinator
Re: Submissions in response to the recent PGPA Discussion Paper
----------------------------------------------------------------
I request access to a copy of each submission made to the Department of Finance in response to call for submissions contained in the the document named, "Enhancing the Commonwealth Performance Framework – Discussion paper" (http://www.pmra.finance.gov.au/legislati...).
I note that on page of the discussion paper, it says that "all information ... contained in written responses will be made available to the public on the Finance website ..." I also note that despite the elapse of 6 weeks since the closure of the submission period, none of the submissions have been published.
I do NOT request access to the name and contact details of any individual. I do NOT request access to any submission provided to the Department of Finance on the understanding that it be kept confidential, nor to any part of an otherwise non-confidential submission that was requested to be kept confidential.
Please treat this as a request for administrative access. If for
some reason the request cannot be dealt with in that way, please
treat it as a formal application under the Freedom of Information
Act.
Yours faithfully,
Mark R. Diamond
