Below I have put the link to the Shire of Chittering Freedom of
Information page that will give you the fees and charges associated with a
Freedom of Information Request.

There is also an application form if you wish to use that although we can
use your email as your application.

As stated on the page,  we cannot  begin the process until the $30.00
application fee is received. There are also the possibility of additional
fees that you should be aware of before your application is formalised.

cross over

Dear Shire of Chittering,
I am requesting the approval provided to the riverside development on the
construction of the crossover for 46 Sceptrum Avenue chittering. I would
also like to view the standards the that the shire ticks off before
approval is given.

I believe the crossover does not meet the standards and should not have
been ticked off.

If you were to want to build a crossover yourself, I would direct you to
the below link that provides general information and a link to the
specifications for our “Standard Crossover”. If you meet the
specifications then your crossover would get the tick of approval.
