(the department) for access to documents under the Freedom of Information
Act 1982 (FOI Act). You have requested access to:

A copy of the MOU signed in 2012, by your Department and the Department of
Defence, which relates to the ‘Medical Countermeasures Consortium’.

Timeframes

scope of your request under s22(1)(a)(ii) of the FOI Act.
