Dear Australian Signals Directorate,

Good afternoon.

Like a growing number of people within Australia and the World at large, I am a victim of technologically driven weapons that use EMF to harass and taunt me daily. This is often 24/7 and leads to sleep deprivation, headaches, inability to heal, loss of weight, invasion of privacy, racing heart, heart pains, immobility of limbs and other nervous system disruptions.

I have not committed any crimes worthy of such attention from those who harness the EMF spectrum for the purposes of both reading minds and inflicting pain, constant harassment and unbearable audial sensations.

I can only assume that those who have access to control what appears to be a very wide network of EMF producing devices would be capable of such attacks that appear to use a combination of personal devices, WIFI, 4G & 5G Cell Towers and satellites.

Given the far reaching broad capabilities of such a system, I couldn't imagine it could operate within our boarders without intelligence being aware of it.

My question is am I being targeted by the government or ANY Australian Government Agencies or associated corporations they deal with?

If so may I request information pertaining to how I was selected for this program considering I have no convictions or matters pending?

If this is not possible, I have only one further request or question for you to consider.

Is Australia a democracy, really?

I look forward to your response and the upholding of the "DEMOCRACY" that you have sworn to defend.

Yours faithfully,

David Iorlano
