This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Queensland Department of Education should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Queensland Department of Education and Training,

I am seeking access to information under the Right to Information Act, specifically:

2. Any documents relating to the issue of whether non-religious people are eligible to be school chaplains in Qld schools, or relating to whether non-religious people are eligible to receive funding under the National School Chaplaincy Program in Queensland.

Yours faithfully,

Meredith Doig

Dear Ms Doig

Thank you for your email. I apologise for the delay in responding to your
request.

To make a Right to Information application to Queensland's Department of
Education you need to either:

 1. Lodge it through the whole of government online application portal
which can be found here -
[1]https://www.smartservice.qld.gov.au/serv...
or
 2. Fill out the attached application form and return it to either
[2][email address] or the postal address provided below.

Manager, Information Release

PO Box 15033

City East Qld 4002

As you are seeking access to documents that do not contain your personal
information you will have to pay a $52.60 application fee in order for
your application to be compliant with the application requirements of the
RTI Act. The fee can be paid through the online portal by using a
debit/credit card, or if using the attached form then please make out a
cheque or Money Order for the $52.60 and send it, along with the form to
the above postal address.

If you have any further questions regarding the above advice please give
me a call.

Once again I apologise for not responding sooner.

Regards
