Thank you for your e-mail, dated 4 October 2022, seeking CCTV footage for
a motor vehicle collision on 8 December 2021 at the intersection of Beach
Road and Centreway, Mordialloc.

Please be aware that you sent in your request to the Office of the Road
Safety Camera Commissioner, although you addressed your request to the
Department of Transport.

The Road Safety Camera Commissioner is a statutory authority that provides
independent oversight of Victoria’s road safety camera system.  It is not
in charge of the operational management of the road safety camera system. 
The Department of Justice and Community Safety manages all fixed
intersection, fixed highway, point-to-point, mobile, and the upcoming
distracted driving cameras.

I have checked the intersection of Beach Road and Centreway, Mordialloc,
and can advise there are no road safety cameras installed at this site. 
Accordingly, there are no CCTV footage to provide.  Additionally, at
certain intersections around Melbourne, the Department of Transport have
installed traffic monitoring cameras.  However, I am aware that they do
not record any video footage.

As I am unable to assist you further, I will close this enquiry.
