Dear Blacktown City Council,

I am currently doing a knockdown rebuild and the back of my property borders a council property (Lot 48 Rickard Road). To do our Storm water connection to the canal along the council property, we've been asked to register an easement with Council (as the landowner). Any guidance you can provide on this process and how we can proceed will be greatly appreciated.
