Thank you for your FOI application sent on Thursday 30 July 2020 at 5.53pm and received by City West Water on Friday 31 July 2020.

The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) requires that an application fee of $29.60 is paid before the request becomes valid.

We now have an online FOI portal to facilitate convenient payment of the application fee.

I have attached the relevant url below. Please scroll down to the relevant part which permits requests and payment to be made.

If you are unable to pay the $29.60 and are in possession of a health care card, please forward a scanned copy of the health care card and the application fee may be waived.

Dear City West Water Corporation,

I am the owner of property at 9 cleveland drive in hopperscrossing 3029. A job by a city west water plumber was done on feb 13 2020 at this property to unblock a sewer blockage. I am requesting a copy of any written report and video or picture footage of this job done by the plumber to be kindly sent to me so i could forward to the city council. Thank you in advance.
