Dear Ministerial Advisory Committee on Blood Borne Viruses and Sexually Transmissible Infections,
A healthcare facility's policies and procedures, (its design and limitations, Exclusion criteria and Infection control / prevention policy and procedure) have been vetted and approved by ACHS and MoH on the basis of which accreditation and licence were granted.
Can referring physicians refer some of their patients (who fall within this facility's exclusion policy) to other suitable facilities without being accused of being discriminatory?
