Ms Lowery,

Can you confirm if you require information on the "Food Safety Supervisor Certificate" or the "Score on Doors Hygiene and Food Safety".

Please note that the Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is issued by the NSW Food Authority & Council is not required to hold any of these records. However, Council's inspections include checking that the certificate is displayed at the premises of commercial food businesses.

You may access the Scores on the Doors - National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme via this link http://www.scoresondoors.org/ .

The original email from the applicant was incoherent. It was a sentence without a question or a request. The officer at the council did not understand the email and asked for clarification. The applicant did not respond to the council's questions. Because the original email was not a valid request under the GIPA Act, and because there is no other reasonable option, I have marked the request as "refused".
