Recruitment processes to Acting positions within the division of mental health
Dear NSW Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District,
Are any staff being appointed informally to acting positions within the Division of Mental Health, Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District without a formal expression of interest or other formal recruitment process? If so, how many staff have been appointed to acting positions without any formal recruitment process and what are the maximum time periods staff have been able to act without any formal recruitment process?
If so, would these staff have been given a distinct advantage in applying for the position they are acting in by the time the position is formerly recruited to as a permanent position?
Yours faithfully,
Simone Petua
