Record Making Obligations

On page your "Louder than Words" report published on Friday page 17:
"We should also showcase useful existing resources such as the APS Academy’s Records Management course, which includes a list of questions to help officers decide if a record needs to be made."
I would like both the list of questions and the existing resources please.
