Reasons for Planning Approval for Ddevelopment at NO. 1 Catherine St. College Park, 5069

This Development has just been completed. It does not fit in with the area and I wish to understand the reasons for it obtaining Planning Approval. The reasons will be shown in two documents. Firstly the Report and Recommendations of the initial Planning Officer, Mr. Atkinson, and secondly the Report and Recommendations of the "Informer" ( or Seconder)who forwarded on the Report of Mr. Atkinson.. I would be grateful for full copies of both documents.
