Hi Irfan,
The setback requirements for housing through CDC can be viewed in:
The 'State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008.'
Part 3 Housing Code: 3.10: Minimum Setbacks and Maximum Height and length of Boundary Walls
or
Part 3C Greenfield Housing Code: 3C.11 Minimum Setbacks and Maximum Height and length of Boundary Walls
This is dependent on where your property is located. You may seek a 10.7 Planning certificate for more information.
