Thank you for your email.

ARTC is a Government Business Enterprise and is not subject to FOI
legislation.

However, there are multiple corridors through Regents Park (see map snip)
which are owned by TfNSW (blue shaded areas) The lightest yellow corridor
(outlined in red) is the MFN (Metropolitan Freight Network) where ARTC
have an interface agreement with Sydney Trains (TfNSW).

Therefore you could apply for an FOI through TfNSW [1]Contact us |
Transport for NSW for their corridors. There is possibly a fee to pay to
obtain an FOI in NSW. The application form will be on their website with
all of those details.
