“Please provide quotes, invoices, and related decision-making documents
for the construction of the Thomas Street South Reserve playground.”

We appreciate your request, but we are unable to process it at this time
due to the following reasons:

1. Application Fee

You haven’t yet paid the application fee of $32.66. To continue with your
request, please submit the payment via Council’s online form:

. Alternatively, you can make the payment in person at the Council’s
Corporate Centre.

Requesting a Fee Waiver or Reduction

If paying the application fee would cause you financial hardship, you can
request a fee waiver or reduction. To apply for this, please provide
supporting documents, such as a current concession or health care card, a
bank statement, or a statutory declaration explaining why paying the fee
would cause hardship. If you need help with this, feel free to reach out

2. Request For Clarification
