Dear Mr & Ms Marshall,
In response to your below email and as previously advised, you can apply
for a power line easement (interest) over the Crown land adjoining your
property at 156 Thompson Road, Latrobe (CT 124068/1) using the linked
[1]Crown land or interest over Crown land purchase application form. I
have also linked, for your information, the [2]Guide Sheet to Applying to
Purchase Crown Land.
The completed form can be lodged at any Service Tasmania shop, along with
payment of the application form of $526.50. Please include a sketch plan
showing the intended route of the easement.
An annual licence over the Crown land is not appropriate in this instance
as the easement is considered a permanent use of the Crown land.
If you have any queries concerning this email, please contact me on ph
6165 4670.

Andrew Welsh
