I am writing to request an internal review of NSW Police Force's handling of my FOI request 'Previously released document specifically listing officers dismissed under S181D. It has a table listing the rank of the officer dismissed and the allegation that they were dismissed for.'.
The information has previously been released but now removed from the NSW Police Disclosure log.

Your application was dealt with under Section 8 in relation to Informal
Requests for information which do not have appeal or review rights.
Your application was not a valid access application that includes review
rights. I have copied the requirements for a valid access application
below.
Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 No 52
Current version for 24 November 2015 to date (accessed 23 January 2017 at
10:48)
[1]Part 4 [2]Division 1 Section 41
41 How to make an access application
(1) An application or other request for government information is not a
valid access application unless it complies with the following
requirements (the formal requirements) for access applications:
(a) it must be in writing sent to or lodged at an office of the agency
concerned,
(b) it must clearly indicate that it is an access application made under
this Act,
(c) it must be accompanied by a fee of $30,
(d) it must state a postal address as the address for correspondence in
connection with the application,
(e) it must include such information as is reasonably necessary to enable
the government information applied for to be identified.
Your application was made under the Freedom of Information Act. This act
has been replaced by the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009
which commenced operation from 1/7/2010.
No application fee of $30 accompanied the application and no postal
address was stated for correspondence in accordance with the Act.
Appeal rights as described in Section 80 only apply to valid access
applications
