Dear Queensland Department of Premier and Cabinet,

It has come to my attention that weather modification practices have been applied in Queensland for quite sometime. Apart from the Queensland Government research with USQ (2008) I would like to know what weather modification procedures are being used in Queensland ( ie cloud seeding with metal particulates and EMFs), the frequency of application and the possible side effects to humans and the natural environment.

Yours faithfully,

Logan Hurford
