Position Tree Report
Dear Department of Veterans' Affairs,
I previously obtained a position tree report for the Legal Branch of DVA https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/l...
I seek the same report but this time for those areas of DVA that are responsible for veteran MRCA/DRCA/VEA liability and compensation processing/assessment. I wish to understand how many positions at DVA are involved, and the extent of their distribution (state/territory location, aps/contractor, employment level).
Yours faithfully,
Verity Pane

As the previously provided report, referred to in my FOI, had the surnames of non-SES staff removed, the same would apply to this report.

Dear INFORMATION.LAW,
There is a very large number of positions in this report listed as vacant.
Is this because of staff shortages, or because these are new positions created as part of a restructure and the existing older sunset positions are yet to be transferred to them?
Yours sincerely,
Verity Pane
Dear INFORMATION.LAW,
On 9 February I asked:
Dear INFORMATION.LAW,
There is a very large number of positions in this report listed as vacant.
Is this because of staff shortages, or because these are new positions created as part of a restructure and the existing older sunset positions are yet to be transferred to them?

Taking more than a month and still giving no response is rude and condescending. Is it too much to ask for an answer to a basic question from DVA?
Yours sincerely,
Verity Pane

I'd say that as they haven't responded to your query, despite a month passing, that an answer won't be forthcoming.
