Good afternoon

Please submit a formal request under the Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act.

Please refer to the attached GIPA form or access our website and refer to the link http://www.rfs.nsw.gov.au/__data/assets/... to the GIPA application form ($30 application fee). The legislation gives 20 working days to finalise unless third party consultation is required (extension of 10 days to max of 15 days).

Dear NSW Rural Fire Service,

Can I please have internal documents related to the bushfire approval for DA14/1238 for the Sutherland Shire Council. This includes communication between the RFS and Sutherland Shire Council, RFS and RVA Ltd, or RFS and Sydney Bushfire Consultants as it relates to this DA.

If possible, please treat this as an administrative/informal request. Otherwise please proceed with my request as a formal information request under the Act.
