For INFORMATION.LAW,
The DVA Policy Committee is identified by DVA in its current Corporate Plan as a senior executive committee within DVA, yet apparently is the third senior DVA committee that never mets and records anything it does.
Aren’t you just being deliberately silly now, with these ridiculous chain of decisions. I’m still remain gobsmacked by your Department and area’s conduct.
How does this existing senior DVA committee work then? Is all of DVA’s policies vapourware, much like DVA’s honesty is...
Sigh,
Julie
As the Department of Veterans‘ Affairs has repeatedly failed to be reasonable, I have had no choice but to refer this unethical behaviour to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
I would highlight the unprofessional bad faith behaviour by Veterans’ Affairs, repeatedly shown by the Department, is greatly disappointing.
