I refer to your email dated 18 July 2017 regarding access to Council
records pertaining to 16 Kerr Road, Ingleburn.
This request falls within the scope of the Government Information (Public
Access) Act 2009 (the GIPA Act) and is being handled as an informal GIPA
request in accordance with section 8 of the GIPA Act.
The records for this property pre-date Councils electronic databases. I
have recalled the hard copy files from Councils archives. Once they arrive
I will conduct a search of the files to determine what records Council has
within its possession.
